Once shipped, delivery across Canada usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Fees:
• Free Shipping on orders over $150

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, so you can follow your package in real-time.

Damages & Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us ASAP at Punjabrootsfitness@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

Shipping Restrictions:
We only ship within Canada at this time.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How to Return:

1. Email us at Punjabrootsfitness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send simple return instructions and an RMA number.

3. Ship your items back to our return address.

Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Exchanges:
