30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How to Return:

1. Email us at Punjabrootsfitness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send simple return instructions and an RMA number.

3. Ship your items back to our return address.

Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
• Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• You’ll be notified by email once your refund is complete.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made if stock is available. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll resolve it quickly — replacement or refund.
